Grilled
Pork Loin with New England Cranberries in Orange
Ginger Sauce
Directions:
Preheat
Oven to 400 degrees. Pat dry pork loin to remove
excess moisture.
Place pork in roasting pan and season with salt
and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Turn down temperature to 350 degrees and cook
for another 15 minutes. At this time, pour New
England Cranberry’s Cranberries in Orange
Ginger Sauce over pork loin, making sure that
every surface of meat is covered. Baste meat
with juices and drippings.
Make sure to check temperature of meat during
the cooking process since every oven varies.
Cook to your preferred doneness.
Take meat out of pan and let rest for 5-10 minutes
to let juices flavor meat. Save pan drippings
and use as sauce to serve on the side.
