Orange Stuffing with New England Cranberry
Dried Cranberries
Ingredients:
½ cup
butter (1 stick)
1 large onion, chopped
2 large celery stalks, chopped
4 cups your favorite herb stuffing
1
cup New
England Cranberry Fruit Sweetened Dried Cranberries
½
cup orange juice
½
cup raisins
½
cup pecans (optional)
¼
cupped chopped Italian parsley
1
tablespoon grated orange peel
Directions:
In medium skillet, melt butter over medium
heat. Sauté onion and celery until translucent,
about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and place in
large bowl. Add remaining ingredients to onion
mixture. Stir in ½ cup water. Toss to
mix well.
Stuff your chicken or turkey with the mixture.
Or, place back in pan to heat and serve.
