Spread the Love at Breakfast & Brunch

Toast - Morning, noon and night, toast and jam is a universal love, and this comfort food experience is worthy of our Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry Preserve.  Oh, and you deserve it!

Yogurt - Sweeten plain yogurt by mixing in our Preserves alongside oats, granola and fresh fruit to create an all natural completely delicious breakfast or snack option.   

Mascarpone and Marmalade  - Spread mascarpone cheese on baguette slices and add a dollop of our Orange Marmalade.  Trust us on this one.

Pancakes and Crepes and French Toast - oh my! - Spread Preserves inside and out and drizzle our Cinnamon and Vanilla maple syrups for the perfect finishing touch.


Reimagine Classic Sandwiches

 

Turkey, Brie and Pepper Jelly - Talk about flavor!  So many tastes and textures make this sandwich a family favorite.  Hot, cool, creamy, spicy, tart, sweet, addictive!  Layer sliced turkey, brie, and sliced green apple + Cranberry Pepper Jelly between two slices of crusty bread.  Eat right away, or bring to panini status with a good grilling or toast.  

Grown Up Grilled Cheese - A simple pleasure in life made even better!  Add a little adult sophistication to your old stand by grilled cheese sandwich by spreading pepper jelly or chutney on the cheese before cooking.  Tangy, savory, hot, sweet, crunchy, chewy, comforting, yummy.  Favorite combos include Pepper Jelly & brie; Chutney & Cheddar; Roasted Garlic and Onion Jelly & fontina.

PB&J - Rediscover the simple joy of a lip smacking peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  And in our case preserves and marmalades, too!  It will taste better than you remember - get the milk!  

Ham and Swiss Supreme - Mix Chutney with a little mayo, and spread a layer on bread for a tangy update to this classic American sandwich.  Heck, forget the mayo and go straight Chutney!

Roast Beef Royale - Dagwood would be jealous of this sandwich!  On hearty crusted bread, layer Roasted Garlic and Onion Jelly with goat cheese, sliced roast beef and tomato.  You’ll need a sturdy foundation at first bite!


Eat In Tonight

Spicy Grilled Salmon - Choose Cranberry, Mango, Onion, Pomegranate, Jalapeño, or Hot Pepper Jelly for a range of hots from sweet to tart.

Season salmon with salt and pepper.  On very hot grill, place salmon skin side up and cook flesh over high heat until char is readily apparent.  Flip fish to skin side down and slather PJ on salmon.  Close cover and let cook for another few minutes as pepper jelly caramelizes and skin chars and crisps.  Remove from heat when desired doneness is reached.  

Chutney Chicken - Choose Cranberry, Apple, Mango, Peach or Onion Chutney to mix it up -- from sweet to savory.  Add your favorite fresh herbs and make it your own.

Cut in half and season four skin on - bone in chicken breasts with salt and pepper.  In a large bowl, combine chicken, one jar of Chutney, ¼ cup of bbq sauce and a splash of orange juice.  Place in baking dish and cook for 40 minutes at 375 degrees, or until desired doneness is reached. Serves 4-6.  

Pork Roast - Choose Orange Marmalade or Ginger Sauce for taste from tart to tangy.  Add your favorite fresh herbs and make it your own.

Season a pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish/roasting pan.  Spoon a jar of  over the top and spread to cover and mix in any herbs (we enjoy freshly chopped rosemary).  Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes at 375, or until desired doneness is reached. Serves 4.  

Tip: The sauce is worth the baste!  Spoon the juices back over the roast a few times during the cooking process.

Brisket - Add any Chutney to the pot for a rich and savory layer of flavor, cooked all day long.

Cheeseburgers - Take that Pepper Jelly and brie to a whole new level.


Entertain with ease

 

Pigs and Blankets - wrap mini beef franks inside refrigerated dough with a dollop of Pepper Jelly nside.  Can also use as dipping sauce.  Perfect for the football season.

Cheese Plate - serve Chutney alongside cheddars, blues and gouda; pair Pepper Jelly with creamy brie, fontina and chevre.  Find the combo you love and go with it!

Meatballs - in a slow cooker or a pot on the stove, simmer mini meatballs, a jar of Chutney and a good squeeze of ketchup together until it bubbles. Make sure you have the frilly toothpicks!

Wrapped Brie - unwrap/roll a pack of refrigerated dough and generously spread Chutney, Pepper Jelly, Sauce or Preserve; place round brie on top and seal the dough.  Turn over to hide your handiwork and bake to directions on dough.

Put on the Finishing Touch

Cranberry Tart - a classic from Martha Stewart herself!  Our Cranberry Preserve was used in Martha Stewart Living as a new Thanksgiving Tradition!  Find the recipe here!

Crostata - find a great crust recipe (this is a family fave from Mario Batali) and roll out the dough when done.  Mix a little lemon juice with any of our Preserves and spread over dough right to the edge.  Fold the edges over to form a ridge, and bake per dough directions. 

Ice Cream - after warming it up on the stove, pour Cranberries and Orange Slices over vanilla ice cream.  Instant classic sundae!

Chocolates - hand panned with a perfect balance of sweet and tart, New England Cranberry Chocolates are worthy of giving - and keeping!
